@dntlookbehindu and others, the most effective antidote I’ve found for anxiety and anger and bitterness is the slow, consistent, and intentional practice of gratitude. Somebody I love once wrote “spiritual formation is the slowest of all human movements”, and learning to be very patient with myself in this area has also helped.
