Sadly I did not hit the fundraising goal for June family court expenses.

At the last minute a friend whose poor loaned me the remainder so I would not loose my lawyer this month due to being behind on bills. But now he urgently needs to be paid back and there's now also a $5k July lawyer bill on top of the $3k loan

Good news, I've just won against these false allegations. 🎉 🥳

I'm facing a ton of economic fall out due to the cost of responding and complying fully with this process. I specifically refused to request legal fees from my false accuser bc that would only harm our child and empower the state even more.

Victory was short lived.

Throughout this week I texted my ex to try and find time to talk over our co-parenting plan and to find time for me to come see our daughter (her birthday is soon).

My ex ignored me all week then finally replied today telling me that despite the court order saying that my ex doesn't have excluvise custody they are illegally denying me access to my daughter.

Even just to visit for her birthday.

Really missing this tiny human. She just turned one this month and I was really looking forward to celebrating with her.

As soon as the court things were over I contact my ex to start working out our parenting schedule and to make sure my daughter could see her dad on her birthday.

Instead my ex told me no.

They told me to come back with a court order.

So now my ex is withholding my daughter from me and it will now have to take them to court to see my child.

I've heard this type of situation called a "grey area" of US/WA laws around parenting, there's nothing grey about parental alienation.

Evidently one parent can run off with the child denying the other of contact without any legal reason to do so.

Now obviously it doesn't look great in court to do this, its a very childish dare to see if I'm -able- to spend money on court again.

My ex seemed to enjoy the reality that going BACK to court is extremely costly for me.

Children have a right to be loved by both of their parents! Alienating a child simply because a relationship didn't workout is a heart breaking thing to do to a child.

Thankfully there IS legal recourse, only problem is I need to spend even more money on lawyers to hold my ex accontable.

Over the past week my ex filed an "emergency restraining order" attempting to rehash their false DVPO which was already thrown out of court.

This too was thrown out of court again today on so many reasons all I can ask is that one day they just stop lying, delaying, harassing and acting like a karen. And let me see my daughter.

I can't even recount the abusive racist ways that my ex is weaponizing the system, it'd be a book.

Today's take away is that around 60% of our local civil court judges do infact remember when someone blatantly lies and Karens in their court rooms.

All of the judges in this latest round served in previous court interactions and my ex's deeply unprofessional interactions have clearly not be convincing.

This isn't really due to the dilligence of the judges, or me and has everything to do with how blatantly abusive my ex has been in court.

This entire situation is absurd and even the judges know it. This is the first ruling regarding my ex's false claims.

The problem with the court, even when you win, is that the state makes no effort to repair the damage:

It's pretty clear the ONLY thing my ex has to stand on keeping me away from my daughter is that my professional projects do not make comfortable consistent income.

Instead of just saying that and only that. My ex continues to push a false story of DV.

But in court filings the DV is only the fact that I didn't make as much as my as would like, "financial abuse".

And they also literally simply said I tell my daugher "no sometimes".

That's the ENTIRE original DV argument.

For some reason my ex has for the 3rd time made the EXACT same "financial abuse" arguements. While sprinkling in "he talked about guns a lot".... you know while leaving out the fact I'm normally talking about how heinous some gun crime was OR debating how we can solve many crimes(gun related too) simply with reducing police and increasing investing in community instead.
