A point on Seattle DSA... neither I nor my ex were even members of their org.
When I say they illegally served I mean it. They literally did not have the legal authority what so ever to even serve me the type of paperwork they served.
I wanted to win on the merits and I did, but these actions from Seattle DSA really demonstrate that it is quite literally a physically dangerous organization for Black Seattleites.
I was literally evicted by a dozen Seattle DSA members to start this whole racist nightmare off.
I've now won twice in court, 3rd time pending.
None of them have apologized.
The organization has not apologized and continues to protect the abusers who illegally evicted me.
All they did was make my entire family housing insecure and reliant on the state.
Seattle DSA really proving MLKs point about liberals.
That's ok, watch me win in court a third time.

I just caught up on most of my small bills.

Earlier this summer I was falsely accused of domestic violence and instantly made homeless and unable to see my daughter. Thankfully after three months of court I was found innocent and my accuser was scolded by multiple judges for repeatedly lying.Despite being found innocent of any wrong doing I still face massive legal costs.So far I've been billed over $15k! I'm very fortunate to have had a lawyer who worked tirelessly to protect my rights but I've paid the majority of the legal bill out of pocket, completely depleting my rainy day funds.Donations will help my stablize my life by staying on top of these legal bills, saving up for a new apartment and having money on hand to take care of my daughter.
