I'm Gina aka foosel. I'm a full-time nerd, full-time open source maintainer and creator of OctoPrint ("the snappy web interface for your 3d printer"), and in my free time I also happen to game (video games and boardgames), bake bread (since before the pandemic even!), go bouldering or work on way too many side projects.

@foosel On Friday, I made #pizza from scratch for the first time. Like making my own dough, rolling it out, adding way too much toppings and baking it just right. It was a first time attempt and sooo yummy!

@alternative_be If you plan to do this more often and don't have one yet, treat yourself to a pizza steel. Not a stone, a steel. Amazing heat transfer, leads to a beautiful crust ^^

@guenther Oh, I'm sure about that. The question is just whether I can manage the split with the bird site 😅 Not the first time I've tried that sadly.

@foosel What do you do with your StreamDeck? I have bought one but the Use Cases could be all done with other tools. Now, my StreamDeck is just standing around and it feels useless

@jbernoth Currently not much because I switched back to Linux earlier this year, and the OBS integration there is tricky.

When I was still using windows I mostly used it for OBS (scene switching, stream/recording start and stop) and video calls (muting, camera on/off). Need to figure out how to do this again because doing all of that with the mouse is annoying me 😅
