I'm a Stay-at-home Dad and Son. I worked for 10+ in an upscale grocery chain (meat, seafood, produce, coffee, candy, gift, sampling, and customer service). My degree is in Media Production, audio and video. I grew up around the theater.
My interests are pretty broad. From food and drink (especially cocktails and spirits) to Home Automation. Nerdy, geeky, and the like, but also Disney & Tiki. Indigenous & LGBTQIA+ rights & culture.

@djweso Yes, I watch that instance closely and everyone there is great! I follow a ton of them so that I can see that content in my timeline.
I personally prefer my account to be hosted on a more generic server because I’ll dip in and out of lots of different topics, communities, and industries. I know a lot of people are more focused than me.
That’s also why I like a good hashtag, so that I can follow the conversations from a few different communities.
@mattrichardson I am with you. Although, I really am jealous of their custom emojis. I'm not sure I'm going to stay where I am but I don't know where I want to go.
It's nice to have options.
