Home Assistant 2026.7 beta is out — and the Automation Editor has been completely overhauled. Purpose-specific triggers let you build automations by area instead of entity ID. There's also a rebuilt Activity Logbook, a new "Update All" button, ZHA improvements, Dropbox backup support, and 10 new integrations. Final release: 1 July 2026.
