CAGLIARI (ITALPRESS) – Il Cagliari conquista la salvezza aritmetica con una giornata di anticipo. Bastava un punto ai sardi per la certezza della permanenza in Serie A e invece nell'ultima gara stagionale in casa i sardi di Pisacane si tolgono lo sfizio di battere il Torino in rimonta per 2-1 grazie alle reti di Sebastiano Esposito e Mina, in risposta all'iniziale vantaggio realizzato da Obrador. La fatidica quota 40 matura però grazie anche alle parate di Caprile, decisivo nel secondo tempo su Adams, e a qualche errore sotto porta dei granata. Per la prima grande occasione da gol degli ospiti bisogna aspettare il 30′. Dopo aver dialogato con Vlasic, Simeone calcia da posizione favorevole trovando però solo l'esterno della rete.
