Please do not call it #Scrumtheater if it is #SAFeTheater
SAFe has its own understanding from Scrum incl. own definitions without any link to the common Scrum Guide.
And: SAFe recommends Kanban too.
But to be honest: it is #ManagementTheater
It is the opposite of Scrum.
Train Lean-Agile agents as champions; people who are passionate about Lean and Agile and can act as leaders and coaches to help the rest of the team adapt.
