Matthias@scrumschau fair, you are right. It is #SAFeTheater. Some years ago (before SAFe had been existing) I had been in a similar smaller situation with Scrum (acting myself as Scrum Master ). And in my current setting people mixing it up sometimes. So: now also myself... apologize for that.

Please do not call it #Scrumtheater if it is #SAFeTheater
SAFe has its own understanding from Scrum incl. own definitions without any link to the common Scrum Guide.
And: SAFe recommends Kanban too.
But to be honest: it is #ManagementTheater
It is the opposite of Scrum.
