Sorrento coast, all defendants acquitted in the Sant'Agnello social housing case: 40 families saved from eviction
The ruling comes after almost eight hours of deliberation and is sensational: everyone was acquitted of the charges related to the construction of the social housing complex in Sant’Agnello, starting with the accusation of illegal land speculation that would have meant the confiscation of the property and the eviction of around forty families occupying it. The building complex has instead been unsequestrated, and the 53 families who purchased an apartment via Monsignor Bonaventura Gargiulo street from Shs srl of engineer Antonio Elefante – the master of the operation, the main defendant in the trial – can breathe a sigh of relief. There will be no eviction, and the deposit of those who had paid the 30% advance, between 150,000 and 200,000 euros, is safe.
“The fact does not constitute a crime” for almost all of the charges and “does not exist” for some other charges leveled against the defendants to various titles of illegal land speculation and fraud. This was decided by the Court of Torre Annunziata presided over by Judge Emma Aufieri, overturning a precautionary judgment that had been solidified in several seizures, which appeared to be solid in favor of the public prosecutors. Within 90 days, the reasons will be stated.
An order for eviction was in place since October (suspended pending the ruling) based on several confirmations of the order for the seizure for illegal land speculation and the risk of increasing the urban load. There had been preparatory meetings at the Prefect’s office to organize the exit of the occupants in the least traumatic way possible. In the months before, tenants had staged public protests and demonstrations, accompanied by a mix of anger and resignation. It seemed as if their fate was sealed. Instead, the acquittal arrived, along with the joy of an entire town that had feared the worst: in Sant’Agnello, almost everyone had a friend or relative who had invested their savings in the social housing project. In the courtroom at the time of the verdict, there were about twenty tenants present; some wept with emotion after the ruling.
The public prosecutor Andreana Ambrosino had requested 3 years for Elefante, 1 year and 10 months for his partner, Massimiliano Zurlo, 2 years for Franco Ambrosio, former head of the technical office of the Municipality of Sant’Agnello, and 1 year and 8 months for Pietro Iaccarino, a functionary of the same public entity, and the confiscation of the property.
Instead, the defense team, led by lawyers Sartore and Cappiello, accepted the arguments of the legal team for Elefante. The former mayor Piergiorgio Sagristani and the former municipal administrators who had approved the resolutions leading up to the construction project had also exited the process early: they were accused only of abuse of office, a crime that had been abrogated by one of the reforms of Minister Nordio.
In the morning, engineer Elefante had ignited the anticipation of the ruling with a harsh post on social media. Elefante wrote of a "process artfully constructed… a land use process marked from the beginning by a multitude of errors, abuses and judicial abuses, aiming to criminalize a conduct and works carried out in perfect conformity with the laws and urban planning and building titles issued… marked by so many judicial abuses, omissions, attempts to recuse the judge of the preliminary hearing, alteration of the truth, false representations of the facts, attempts to pollute the testimony of the Technical Consultant, false statements made by the public prosecutor to the court, a report to the CSM…” It concluded with: “Despite the deep wounds inflicted on us, we remain confident in the victory of justice.”

Dopo che il Tar del Lazio aveva rilanciato la palla a Lega Serie A e Prefettura, invitandole a trovare un accordo sugli appuntamenti sportivi di tennis e calcio, una decisione è stata alla fine presa. Il derby capitolino si giocherà domenica 17 maggio alle 12:30 e resta invece invariato l'orario al Foro italico, per la finale degli Internazionali bnl d'Italia prevista per le 17:00.
C'è quindi l'ok della Prefettura all'anticipo del match e, per la regola della contemporaneità, anche di tutte le altre sfide che interessano le squadre in corsa Champions (Napoli, Juventus, Milan e Como). Nella serata di ieri la Lega aveva presentato ricorso contro la decisione del Prefetto di posticipare la stracittadina alle 20:45 di lunedì, ma il tribunale aveva rimesso alle parti il raggiungimento di un accordo che alla fine è arrivato nella tarda serata di oggi.

A soli tre giorni dall’inizio della penultima giornata di Serie A, metà delle squadre ha finalmente saputo quando si disputeranno le loro partite. Alla fine, ha vinto la Lega calcio: il derby di Roma si disputerà domenica alle 12, come era stato proposto alla Prefettura già mercoledì.
Ma la decisione non è frutto del Tar del Lazio: i giudici amministrativi, infatti, hanno deciso di non prendere alcuna decisione e avevano rinviato tutto all’Avvocatura dello Stato, in merito al ricorso d’urgenza presentato dalla Lega Serie A contro la decisione del prefetto della Capitale di spostare il derby tra Roma e Lazio a lunedì sera per motivi di ordine pubblico vista la quasi concomitanza con la finale degli Internazionali d’Italia di tennis.
Il match che assegna il titolo, infatti, si giocherà al Foro Italico – tra l’altro sarà presente anche il presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella – cioè accanto allo stadio Olimpico. Il problema della Lega era legato alla necessità di spostare anche altre quattro partite di squadre in lotta per un posto in Champions League.
Poiché la corsa per gli ultimi tre posti in Champions – alle spalle della neocampione Inter – è serratissima, le partite di Napoli, Juventus, Milan, Roma e Como devono essere giocate in contemporanea per garantire l’equità. Il Tar aveva invitato i soggetti coinvolti nella “controversia” a trovare un’intesa su data e orario dei match.
Lega Serie A e Prefettura si sono così riunite subito dopo la non-decisione del Tar. E si è tornati sostanzialmente sulla proposta di mercoledì della Lega: anticipare l’inizio del derby alle 12 con un posticipo dell’inizio della finale del torneo. Un’idea che era stata inizialmente respinta dalle autorità.

Just three days before the start of the penultimate Serie A round, half of the teams finally knew when their games would be played. Ultimately, the football league won: the Rome derby will be played on Sunday at 12 pm, as it had been proposed to the Prefect already on Wednesday.
However, the decision is not the result of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court: the administrative judges decided not to take any decision and had deferred everything to the State Attorney General, regarding the urgent appeal presented by Serie A against the decision of the Prefect of the Capital to move the Rome-Lazio derby to Monday evening due to public order concerns, given the near coincidence with the final of the Internazionali d’Italia tennis tournament.
The match awarding the title will be played at the Foro Italico – among other things, President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella will also be present – next to the Olimpico Stadium. The league’s problem was linked to the need to also move four other matches of teams fighting for a place in the Champions League.
Because the race for the last three places in Champions – behind the newly crowned champion Inter – is incredibly tight, the matches of Napoli, Juventus, Milan, Roma, and Como must be played simultaneously to ensure fairness. The TAR had invited the parties involved in the “controversy” to reach an agreement on the date and time of the matches.
Serie A and the Prefect then immediately met after the TAR’s non-decision. And they returned to the League’s Wednesday proposal: to advance the start of the derby to 12 pm with a postponement of the start of the tournament final. An idea that had initially been rejected by the authorities.

Si infittisce il caso della scomparsa di Sonia Bottacchiari e dei suoi due figli minorenni, oggi al 21esimo giorno nella macchia. Le ricerche continuano senza sosta fra Friuli e Pordenonese, mentre gli investigatori si concentrano su un nuovo indizio: una lettera lasciata dalla donna e ritrovata da un inviato di SkyTg24, che l'ha consegnata ai carabinieri. Nel testo si apprenderebbe uno stato di inquietudine della donna, che prima di sparire si era licenziata da uno dei due lavori e aveva ritirato anche la liquidazione.
Quel documento potrebbe contenere dettagli utili a chiarire cosa sia accaduto alla famiglia partita il 20 aprile da Castell'Arquato, nel Piacentino, per raggiungere il Friuli Venezia Giulia. Il viaggio avrebbe dovuto concludersi con qualche giorno di vacanza in campeggio nella zona di Gemona, meta che però non sarebbe mai stata raggiunta. Da allora, il nulla. Nessuna telefonata, nessun avvistamento certo e telefoni cellulari spenti tutti nello stesso momento. L'ultima comunicazione conosciuta risale alla sera della partenza, quando la figlia maggiore aveva inviato un breve messaggio al nonno per rassicurarlo: "Siamo arrivati, tutto bene".
Le operazioni di ricerca si sono concentrate soprattutto nell'area di Tarcento, dove il 6 maggio è stata individuata la Chevrolet Captiva utilizzata dalla famiglia. Il suv era parcheggiato in via Monte Grappa, vicino al palazzetto dello sport diventato poi il quartier generale delle operazioni di ricerca coordinate dalla Prefettura a cui partecipano anche squadre di volontari. Dentro il mezzo, però, non sarebbero stati trovati indizi che indicano la direzione che potrebbero aver preso Sonia, i ragazzi e i loro quattro cani dopo aver lasciato l'auto.
Nei giorni scorsi una segnalazione aveva destato l'attenzione degli investigatori. Una persona aveva riferito ai carabinieri di aver notato la donna insieme ai figli e agli animali nella zona di Pielungo, nel territorio di Vito d'Asio, durante il ponte del 25 aprile. I controlli effettuati dai militari della Compagnia di Spilimbergo, non hanno prodotto alcun risultato concreto. Ora gli accertamenti si stanno concentrando proprio sulla lettera su cui però rimane il massimo riserbo.

That document could contain details useful in clarifying what happened to the family who left on April 20th from Castell'Arquato, in Piacenza, to reach Friuli Venezia Giulia. A person had reported to the Carabinieri having seen the woman with her children and animals in the Pielungo area, in the territory of Vito d'Asio, during the April 25th bridge. The checks carried out by the Spilimbergo Company, did not produce concrete results. Now the investigations are focusing on the letter on which, however, the greatest secrecy remains.

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Infermiere accoltellato fuori dal Cardarelli durante una rapina. Il prefetto di Napoli: “Offesa a tutti i lavoratori e le lavoratrici”
Un infermiere è stato accoltellato questa mattina nei pressi del parcheggio del pronto soccorso dell’ospedale Ospedale Cardarelli, a Napoli, nel corso di quella che secondo le prime ipotesi sarebbe stata una tentata rapina. L’uomo, dipendente della struttura sanitaria, sarebbe stato aggredito da due persone dopo essersi rifiutato di consegnare il portafogli. L’episodio è avvenuto intorno alle 8.50 nell’area esterna, una zona particolarmente frequentata da personale sanitario, pazienti e accompagnatori. Secondo una prima ricostruzione, i due aggressori avrebbero avvicinato l’infermiere con l’intento di rapinarlo; al suo rifiuto, lo avrebbero colpito più volte con un coltello prima di darsi alla fuga.
Le condizioni della vittima non sarebbero gravi. L’infermiere è stato soccorso immediatamente e affidato alle cure dei medici dello stesso ospedale, che stanno valutando la possibilità di dimissioni nelle prossime ore. Sull’accaduto indaga la Polizia di Stato, che ha già avviato le verifiche e acquisito le immagini del sistema di videosorveglianza della struttura sanitaria. L’Azienda Ospedaliera Antonio Cardarelli ha confermato la piena collaborazione con gli investigatori, sottolineando come l’impianto di sicurezza interno, composto da circa 300 telecamere e attivo 24 ore su 24, sia stato messo a disposizione per ricostruire con precisione la dinamica dei fatti.
Il sistema di videosorveglianza, installato nell’ultimo anno per rafforzare la sicurezza di pazienti e operatori, consente il monitoraggio continuo degli accessi e delle aree comuni del presidio ospedaliero, una misura che ora si rivela centrale per le indagini. Sulla vicenda è intervenuto anche il prefetto di Napoli Michele di Bari, che ha espresso “sentita vicinanza” all’infermiere e ha disposto un rafforzamento immediato dei servizi di vigilanza nell’area del pronto soccorso e nelle zone limitrofe. Il prefetto ha definito l’episodio “un’offesa a tutti i lavoratori e le lavoratrici che operano in prima linea”, sottolineando come non sia accettabile che un operatore sanitario venga aggredito mentre svolge il proprio lavoro o si trova nei pressi del presidio.

Agi: Abusano di una ragazza e filmano la violenza, sette indagati a Cesena
AGI - Due possibili episodi di violenza sessuale di gruppo ai danni di una ragazza sono al centro di un'indagine dei carabinieri di Cesena, coordinata dalla Procura di Forlì.

I fatti risalgono ai primi di aprile, quando la vittima, ospite in casa di conoscenti, per gli investigatori è stata costretta a subire abusi approfittando di uno stato di alterazione dovuto all’assunzione di sostanze.
Sette giovani indagati
La ragazza ha riportato lesioni giudicate guaribili in circa dieci giorni; gli episodi sarebbero stati anche ripresi con telefoni cellulari. Dall’attività investigativa, che ha portato a individuare e denunciare sette ragazzi tra i 19 e i 25 anni, sono scattate perquisizioni eseguite il 10 aprile con il supporto del Nucleo cinofili di Bologna.
Sequestri e arresti a Cesena
Nel corso dei controlli sono stati sequestrati 15 smartphone e modiche quantità di stupefacenti; due indagati sono stati segnalati alla Prefettura come consumatori. Nel corso dell’operazione è stato arrestato un 23enne per detenzione ai fini di spaccio, resistenza e lesioni a pubblico ufficiale, oltre che di detenzione illegale di munizioni e porto di oggetti atti ad offendere.
Un arresto per droga
Nella sua abitazione i militari hanno sequestrato oltre mezzo chilo di hashish, circa 30 grammi di cocaina, un bilancino di precisione, un caricatore con proiettili e un dissuasore elettrico.
Il giovane ha tentato di disfarsi di parte della droga lanciandola nel fiume Savio e avrebbe aggredito i militari, causando lievi ferite a uno di loro. L'arresto è stato convalidato dal giudice del tribunale di Forlì, che ha disposto la custodia cautelare in carcere. Le indagini sono in corso.

From the investigative activity, which led to the identification and reporting of seven young men between the ages of 19 and 25, searches were carried out on April 10 with the support of the Canine Unit of Bologna.
Seizures and arrests in Cesena
During the checks, 15 smartphones and small quantities of narcotics were seized; two suspects were reported to the Prefect as consumers. During the operation, a 23-year-old was arrested for possession with intent to sell, resistance, injuries to public officials, as well as illegal possession of ammunition and possession of offensive objects.
A drug arrest
In his home, the military seized over half a kilo of hashish, approximately 30 grams of cocaine, a precision scale, a magazine with bullets and an electric deterrent.
The young man attempted to discard part of the drugs by throwing them into the Savio River and allegedly attacked the military, causing minor injuries to one of them. The arrest was validated by the judge of the Forlì court, who ordered preventive custody in prison. The investigations are ongoing.
