Treno fermo senza aria condizionata: sempre più disagi lungo le ferrovie italiane ai quali si è aggiunto un treno Italo che, viaggiando da Milano a Roma con 400 persone a bordo, è rimasto fermo per un guasto in provincia di Reggio Calabria con il conseguente blocco del sistema di climatizzazione nelle carrozze.
Il convoglio si è fermato tra tra Sant’Ilario e Campegine, sulla linea dell’Alta velocità, e data l’assenza dell’aria condizionata alcuni passeggeri hanno iniziato ad accusare malori pur senza gravi conseguenze. Sul posto, oltre al personale del 118, sono arrivati anche i vigili del fuoco che hanno trasferito i passeggeri a bordo di un altro treno. Poiché diversi convogli sono stati deviati sulla linea convenzionale del tratto in questione, si sono accumulati ritardi fino a 60 minuti.
“Enormi disagi oggi per i passeggeri del treno Italo 9987 in viaggio da Milano a Roma – è intervenuta Assoutenti – un disservizio per il quale chiediamo a Italo di indennizzare adeguatamente tutti i viaggiatori coinvolti”. E quindi, secondo quanto fa sapere Italo, i viaggiatori saranno indennizzati con un voucher pari al 100% del costo del biglietto.

Sorrento coast, all defendants acquitted in the Sant'Agnello social housing case: 40 families saved from eviction

The ruling comes after almost eight hours of deliberation and is sensational: everyone was acquitted of the charges related to the construction of the social housing complex in Sant’Agnello, starting with the accusation of illegal land speculation that would have meant the confiscation of the property and the eviction of around forty families occupying it. The building complex has instead been unsequestrated, and the 53 families who purchased an apartment via Monsignor Bonaventura Gargiulo street from Shs srl of engineer Antonio Elefante – the master of the operation, the main defendant in the trial – can breathe a sigh of relief. There will be no eviction, and the deposit of those who had paid the 30% advance, between 150,000 and 200,000 euros, is safe.

“The fact does not constitute a crime” for almost all of the charges and “does not exist” for some other charges leveled against the defendants to various titles of illegal land speculation and fraud. This was decided by the Court of Torre Annunziata presided over by Judge Emma Aufieri, overturning a precautionary judgment that had been solidified in several seizures, which appeared to be solid in favor of the public prosecutors. Within 90 days, the reasons will be stated.

An order for eviction was in place since October (suspended pending the ruling) based on several confirmations of the order for the seizure for illegal land speculation and the risk of increasing the urban load. There had been preparatory meetings at the Prefect’s office to organize the exit of the occupants in the least traumatic way possible. The public prosecutor Andreana Ambrosino had requested 3 years for Elefante, 1 year and 10 months for his partner, Massimiliano Zurlo, 2 years for Franco Ambrosio, former head of the technical office of the Municipality of Sant’Agnello, and 1 year and 8 months for Pietro Iaccarino, a functionary of the same public entity, and the confiscation of the property.

Instead, the defense team, led by lawyers Sartore and Cappiello, accepted the arguments of the legal team for Elefante. The former mayor Piergiorgio Sagristani and the former municipal administrators who had approved the resolutions leading up to the construction project had also exited the process early: they were accused only of abuse of office, a crime that had been abrogated by one of the reforms of Minister Nordio.

In the morning, engineer Elefante had ignited the anticipation of the ruling with a harsh post on social media. Elefante wrote of a "process artfully constructed… a land use process marked from the beginning by a multitude of errors, abuses and judicial abuses, aiming to criminalize a conduct and works carried out in perfect conformity with the laws and urban planning and building titles issued… marked by so many judicial abuses, omissions, attempts to recuse the judge of the preliminary hearing, alteration of the truth, false representations of the facts, attempts to pollute the testimony of the Technical Consultant, false statements made by the public prosecutor to the court, a report to the CSM…” It concluded with: “Despite the deep wounds inflicted on us, we remain confident in the victory of justice.”

Ma già il 29 maggio, sempre a Rimini, Vasco l’artista al “fronte del palco” il soundcheck riservato agli iscritti al fanclub. Ma ci sarà un grande assente sul palco.
Infatti tra i musicisti non figura il bassista Claudio ‘Il Gallo’ Golinelli. La collaborazione tra il musicista e l’artista dura da 46 anni. “Il Gallo” dovrà curarsi per una broncopolmonite e già in passato ha avuto altri problemi di salute problemi di salute come un tumore e un trapianto di fegato.
Intercettato da Il Resto del Carlino il bassista ha detto: “È doloroso dover rinunciare al tour. Ma tornerò presto a suonare. Sia con Vasco, sia a Rimini”. E poi ha aggiunto: “Vasco era triste quanto me. Però era preparato, gli ho detto tutto appena mi hanno ricoverato. Adesso mi sto rimettendo in sesto e il prossimo anno, quando festeggerà i 50 anni di carriera, ci sarò di sicuro. Anche con 40 di febbre”.
Golinelli poi ha spiegato: “Ho trascorso un mese ricoverato al Sant’Orsola di Bologna per una broncopolmonite. Ero debolissimo, non me la sentivo proprio. Ho dovuto chiamare tristemente Vasco e dirgli di no. Dopo tanti anni insieme è stata una scelta dolorosa”.

Non c’è ancora pace per i familiari di Pamela Genini, la 29enne uccisa lo scorso 14 ottobre dall’ex fidanzato, Gianluca Soncin, il cui cadavere è stato vilipeso nella tomba del cimitero di Strozza. Per questo reato è indagato dalla procura di Bergamo Francesco Dolci, ex della giovane e suo amico.
Da questa mattina i carabinieri di Bergamo hanno avviato le ricerche della testa della giovane che è stata trafugata dalla bara: le ricerche si concentrano nelle aree rurali che fanno parte della proprietà di Dolci a Sant’Omobono Terme. In azione, oltre ai militari dell’arma, anche le unità cinofile di Firenze, che operano grazie a un decreto di perquisizione emesso dalla Procura di Bergamo, che coordina le indagini. Si tratta di un’area estesa, sottolineano i militari, che richiederà molti giorni di perlustrazione. La cinofila utilizzerà i cani Claus, un pastore tedesco belga malinois, e Hula, pastore tedesco, specializzati nella ricerca di resti umani e parti anatomiche in contesti ambientali difficili.
Le abitazioni dell’imprenditore e dei suoi genitori sono state già perquisite dai carabinieri del comando provinciale di Bergamo la sera del 6 maggio, al termine di una giornata che Dolci ha trascorso in caserma. Lì i resti di Pamela Genini non sono stati trovati ma l’auspicio degli inquirenti è di poter rintracciare la testa in aree remote delle vaste proprietà di famiglia. I terreni, a quanto si apprende, hanno una vasta estensione e sono stati individuati grazie a uno studio della tenuta dei Dolci, senza però la collaborazione dell’indagato che ha più volte ribadito di non essere stato lui a profanare la tomba dell’amica.

Diciotto gli indagati finiti in carcere, mentre altri otto sono stati sottoposti agli arresti domiciliari con applicazione del braccialetto elettronico. Gli indagati sono ritenuti “gravemente indiziati”, a vario titolo, di associazione finalizzata al traffico di sostanze stupefacenti, detenzione e cessione di droga, con l’aggravante del metodo mafioso e delle finalità mafiose.

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Tomba di Pamela Genini profanata, l’inviato di Chi l’ha visto? trova un capello biondo a casa dell’ex: carabinieri da Dolci

I carabinieri hanno fatto un sopralluogo a Sant’Omobono Terme, in provincia di Bergamo, a casa di Francesco Dolci, ex di Pamela Genini, la 29enne uccisa a Milano lo scorso 14 ottobre. A chiamarli la mattina del 23 aprile è stato un inviato della trasmissione Chi l’ha visto? che ha trovato in una botola all’ingresso della casa dell’uomo un capello biondo.
Il collegamento ipotetico è con la profanazione della tomba della 29enne: qualcuno ha infatti aperto la bara di Pamela, portandosi via la testa. Le indagini sono ancora in corso e, al momento, l’unica pista effettiva è quella di un video in cui si vede la figura di un uomo, ancora non identificato, che si aggira vicino al cimitero dov’è sepolto il corpo della ragazza.
Il capello trovato dall’inviato della trasmissione Rai sarà repertato, ma, riporta il Corriere della Sera, per il poco che trapela dagli inquirenti, non dovrebbe incidere sulle indagini. Come specificato dallo stesso Dolci a Ore14, la trasmissione di Rai2 che ha seguito in diretta il sopralluogo, la 29enne frequentava la casa e quindi, anche il capello appartenesse a lei non è detto che sia legato alla profanazione della tomba.
Dolci ha spiegato che la grata della botola è stata cambiata pochi giorni fa dal padre e ha lanciato un allarme: “Abbiamo paura che ci vogliano incastrare e che qualcuno faccia trovare la testa di Pamela in casa”.
Al momento, comunque, i carabinieri non vogliono trascurare nulla e hanno quindi ispezionato la botola.
