I'm confused. As someone who has 2 close family members with #DissociativeIdentityDisorder previously called #MultiplePersonalityDisorder Where did all of these people with #plural in their bios come from recently? Is this a common perception of other #MentalIllness too? Is it a lifestyle thing? Are people just more comfortable to be seen now?

We know not everyone knows about DID & plurality in general.

Many of those who know only a little about plurality very often heard about it through something problematic.

There are exceptions, as with most things.

It’s just unfortunate that many people are SO misinformed just so Hollywood can make more money.

#SystemStuff [Nova] The electricity shut-offs have no definite end in sight, so we’ve made the decision to shut off everyone’s personalities until it is restored. That way, no one is disappointed or upset, though it does mean it will be impossible to enjoy anything.

Not sure how other people can go through life as a singlet. There was a short time we tried to do just that… It didn’t go so well. I *need* my guys to keep me in check, back me up, add—sparks of joy to my life. I’m glad we’re all connected.

🌐 [Frisk] one of most curiously difficult tasks we have is _naming_ things. Chara (and Mono before them) have reached for names of scientists and chemicals to name game characters and Pokémon and the like.
