I’m doing a four day intensive bagpipe music thing online and at the end of the last lesson my carpal tunnel and arthritis got so bad I couldn’t play the embellishments properly and I almost cried and I never cry and I went for a walk with the dog and looked at horses and guinea hens and came back home and came on @Mastodon and everyone was so nice and funny and interesting that I felt quite a lot better, so thanks for that everyone.
