Today Belgium is celebrating the fact it was liberated from #Nazi occupation 80 years ago. Shortly before that date the Germans shipped of their political prisoners to the death camps. One of them was my grandfather, convicted by the #occupier as a #terrorist for being part of a terrorist organization called the Independence Front (onafhankelijkheidsfront) He was tortured to death about 6 month later. Sounds familiar? #Palestine

#Netanyahu is certainly holding #KamalaHarris hostage. he has repeatedly undermined and humiliated #Biden publicly, and made his preference for #Trump VERY clear, because ONLY Trump will give #Bibi the tools and the signal to #FinishTheJob quickly.

#Harris made clear the war must end. She also called for a #Palestinian home via #TwoStateSolution.

And THAT's the rub for BOTH #FromTheRiverToTheSea crowd and the forced #occupier / #settler crowd. Both hold Dems hostage

The dispute ended up at #UnitedNations in 1980 but the #SecurityCouncil deferred the claim at that time and it has not been revisited since then.

The #occupier has consistently and repeatedly refused to consider mediation or arbitration. The Middle East Policy Council #MEPC considers the invasion a violation of the United Nations Charter.

Both #China and #Russia support the #Arab claim backed by the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, aka the Gulf Cooperation Council #GCC.
