Twitter feels a lot like going to Macys in January - kind of empty, still some bargains, but with a lot of weird leftover stuff. Mastodon feels like going to a new supermarket (not your old familiar one) - you aren’t sure where everything is, they don’t have all of your favorites, but there’s some interesting new stuff. It’s a little unsettling to have to adapt, but I think it will be good.

Somehow, when I was trying to migrate over my follows from Twitter, I managed to block a lot of my favorite accounts here! 😱 Doing some damage control by unblocking and refollowing accounts individually. Sorry if I blocked you - I didn’t mean to!
