Am working my way through the second draft of the book I'm writing, and I get to this conversation between two characters:

Character 1: So, did you do the hack?
Character 2: Nope.

Me: --? What? I thought it was character 2 who was the hacker. Now I have no idea who was supposed to be the hacker.

I do a quick search for "hack" in my notes and the rest of the text and nothing helpful comes up. I must have thought it would be obvious.
I can't remember who did the hack! I hope the rest of the draft reveals it, otherwise I've got a problem!
