Thailandia, Brasile e Stati Uniti. Marco Bezzecchi vince anche ad Austin e ottiene la terza vittoria su tre in questa stagione. Una gara condotta magistralmente dal pilota italiano, che chiude davanti a Jorge Martin (doppietta Aprilia) e festeggia dopo la bandiera a scacchi. Tecnicamente perfetto, intelligente nella gestione, Bez ha dominato e non ha mai messo in discussione il successo. È il primo pilota che dal 1992 in poi conduce 5 GP consecutivi dall’inizio alla fine. A chiudere il podio un ottimo Pedro Acosta.
Ai piedi del podio invece Fabio Di Giannantonio, mentre Bastianini ha chiuso al sesto posto, dietro a Marc Marquez. Crollo di Bagnaia nel finale: dal quinto posto ha alla fine chiuso al decimo. Davanti a lui Luca Marini. 14esimo invece Morbidelli, ultimo tra gli italiani. Con questo successo, Bezzecchi torna a guidare la classifica Mondiale.

“Ho mandato un messaggio ieri sera a Jannik (Sinner, ndr) augurandogli il meglio, adesso spero che riesca a vincere la finale e gli auguro veramente tutto il meglio. E così in MotoGP a Bezzecchi, a Pecco Bagnaia e a tutti gli italiani. Anche se sarò in volo, farò il tifo”. Così il pilota della Mercedes Kimi Antonelli a Sky Sport dopo la vittoria al Gp di Suzuka, facendo riferimento agli impegni del tennista Jannik Sinner, in finale al Masters 1000 di Miami, e ai piloti italiani di MotoGp, in gara stasera negli Usa, ad Austin dopo la sprint di ieri sera.
Sarà infatti l’ennesimo weekend con l’Italia protagonista in varie discipline: lo è stata in mattinata con il secondo successo consecutivo in Formula 1 di Andrea Kimi Antonelli, lo sarà in serata con il tennis e poi con la MotoGp, con i vari Bezzecchi, Bagnaia e Di Giannantonio impegnati nel gp di Austin, negli Stati Uniti. Un weekend che può regalare altre soddisfazioni ai colori azzurri, ormai competitivi in tantissimi sport.
Due settimane fa era stato Jannik Sinner a fargli i complimenti dopo il successo in Cina di Kimi Antonelli, che riportò l’Italia sul gradino più alto del podio in Formula 1 a distanza di 20 anni. Un messaggio che Antonelli aveva rivelato già in un’intervista post vittoria in Cina, apprezzando il gesto dell’amico tennista. E intanto Antonelli potrà adesso godersi un po’ di meritato riposo: “Non ho ancora deciso cosa fare per festeggiare, ma avrò tempo per pensarci. Adesso abbiamo un stop di quattro settimane dalla Formula 1 e incredibilmente per due settimane sarò a casa mia, a San Marino, mi riposerò ma girerò comunque con i kart per tenermi allenato”.

La presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha tenuto venerdì sera un vertice informale con i due vicepremier Matteo Salvini e Antonio Tajani. Il luogo scelto è stata la villa della premier a Roma sud, come anticipato da Repubblica. Fonti del governo tengono a precisare che si è trattato di una delle riunioni di routine per fare il punto. Ovviamente, però, i temi politici non sono mancati viste le conseguenze del voto – tra polemiche, dissidi e dimissioni – in particolare all’interno di Fratelli d’Italia e Forza Italia.
Una cena riservata per valutare le prossime mosse, per trovare la migliore via d’uscita dopo il terremoto politico. In attesa dei prossimi sondaggi: le intenzioni di voto degli italiani preoccupano e non poco i partiti di maggioranza, dopo il trionfo dei no e la conseguente bocciatura della riforma costituzionale della giustizia.
Tutto questo mentre i partiti di opposizione pressano e inviano una lettera ai presidenti di Camera e Senato. La richiesta è quella di “sollecitare la premier affinché, alla luce dell’esito del referendum e dopo le successive dimissioni, riferisca in Aula circa le linee di indirizzo dell’esecutivo“. L’obiettivo è anche quello di avere una riposta a quelle voci – mai confermate – che Meloni stia valutando il ricorso a elezioni anticipate per evitare un possibile lento logoramento in vista delle Politiche previste nel 2027. Mentre nelle dichiarazioni dei leader del centrosinistra si intuisce un’aria da campagna elettorale.
