Con un colpo d’ascia, secondo quanto ricostruito. L’uomo, in stato di fermo, è stato ascoltato la notte scorsa nella Caserma dei Carabinieri. È stato condotto in carcere. La Procura di Vasto, che coordina le indagini, ha disposto l’autopsia sul corpo del ragazzo, sarà condotta mercoledì dai medici legali Pietro Falco e Riccardo Di Tanna.
Il cadavere di Andrea Sciorilli era stato trovato domenica pomeriggio sulla rampa che conduce ai garage del condominio dove viveva. Tra domenica e lunedì si sono tenuti gli interrogatori a parenti, amici e conoscenti della vittima. Già dalle prime fasi dell’indagine erano emerse le tensioni all’interno del nucleo familiare. Il reo confesso si trova in carcere ma ancora non c’è un capo di imputazione a suo carico.
Ai militari il 52enne, dirigente del servizio Urp e privacy della Asl Lanciano Vasto Chieti, avrebbe descritto il figlio come un violento. L’omicidio sarebbe maturato dopo una lite, una discussione su un’opportunità di lavoro che è degenerata nel peggiore dei modi. Secondo gli investigatori, l’uomo avrebbe utilizzato un’ascia, che è stata ritrovata e sequestrata dagli investigatori. Almeno tre i colpi al torace che hanno ucciso il ragazzo. A trovare il corpo la madre del giovane.
Il Procuratore della Repubblica di Vasto, Domenico Angelo Raffaele Seccia, ha parlato in conferenza stampa di “un delitto nato, purtroppo, in un ambiente di contrasti familiari che si sono acuiti in maniera esponenziale negli ultimi tempi”. Nel corso delle indagini è emersa anche l’attivazione di un Codice Rosso, nel 2024, per reati di violenza domestica a carico della vittima, dopo la denuncia dei genitori e della sorella.
