The #TrumpRegime is not going to let go of building this perverse American FĂŒhrerbunker.

Whether Trump, the man, is alive or dead, I don't see the Oligarchs, their political and corporate proxies, or MAGA cult he inspired peacefully surrendering power, suggesting to me, a darker motive for building the FĂŒhrerbunker.

Like Charlie Kirk, a martyred Trump would be an even more useful idiot for the powers arrayed around him now against the American people and our estranged former allies.

King Charles III to meet Trump, address Congress to spotlight UK-US ties

King Charles III is set to address the U.S. Congress, becoming the first British monarch to do so since Queen Elizabeth II in 1991. Tuesday's speech is expected to highlight the strong bond between the United Kingdom and the United States, focusing on shared history and democratic values. The visit marks the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence. Charles, accompanied by Queen Camilla, will meet President Donald Trump at the White House. Despite recent tensions between Trump and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the meeting is expected to be cordial. Charles and Camilla arrived in Washington on Monday.

“Security Has a Beef With Photography”

The Latina in the safety vest had a beef with me. The company had surveilled me on camera. “What are you doing here,” she asked, right in front of the Visitor Center. I replied that I was taking a pictures. She said, “No photos allowed. Delete them.”

I did not delete any photographs, instead I published one.

"Dishonest attacks can boomerang, eroding trust in the attacker rather than the target. And this clearly happened in #Hungary in this #election #campaign. All of which points to a broader lesson about #information control in #illiberal regimes: it can easily be overstated. Hungary’s 2026 election has revealed that an information #autocracy can have its limits. And in the face of a faltering #economy & a united & credible opposition, Orbán’s campaign reached those limits - & failed as a result."

Viktor OrbĂĄn spent 16 years building Hungary's 'illiberal' democracy. On Sunday, he may be voted out
Viktor OrbĂĄn has spent the last 16 years building an 'illiberal' state in Hungary. Endorsed by MAGA, but penalized by the European Union for democratic backsliding, polls suggest OrbĂĄn's Fidesz party will lose Sunday's election to centre-right, pro-EU Tisza party, led by former OrbĂĄn loyalist Peter Maygar.
