It is quit interesting that like half of the accounts positively interacting with my posts here are self-proclaimed anti authoritarians.
My friends many things I post here are ideologically straight out of the lil red book and #revolution is the most #authoritarian move to pull in a society. I know you do not like #Stalin and shit (me too in an way), but there is an urgent need for higher levels of organizing not on the basis of individuals but of class, the specific conditions and #classconsciousness aka a correct #Marxist line. This is not possible without a political vanguard in the way #Lenin proposed and cadres to be able to have a democratic internal struggle for the correct political line and keep control how the decisions are implemented.
There are so many experiences where #individualism lead to huge problems which has to be prevented with a democratic centralist approach. We generally have to uphold unity after a decision is made, prevent individualistic mistakes and crimes, practices revising the ideas of revolution that in the end serves capitalism, and collect all learnings back into the democratic decision-making. Latest when this is connected with individual sacrifice it is key to have a strong unity so that the individual discipline is not based on violence like in a bourgeois army but on common understanding and agreement. It's not like if you figure out a decision is wrong in practice that it still has to be implemented, just call for assembly to reassess, we are still mostly in times of peace and modern means can help greatly to be able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing reality.
#Democracy in decision-making is key, but only discipline in execution will make sure the #collective can act truly united so progress can be made without individuals sabotaging the process by acting just as such.
