Comparing different versions of #Wikipedia can indeed be very enlightening, sometimes shocking even; of course this is true in particular for any #Palestine related entries!
A while ago, I compared the articles about #Jerusalem. Since then, I’d say the results have even worsened, but as always, the #German depiction of Palestine is – in a very negative sense – on par with the #Hebrew language site.
For example, according to the #propagandist page authors, the whole city is “in #Israel” – period; a blatant lie – no #occupation at all! Palestine and #Palestinians are hardly mentioned in the main section (or anywhere else, except in the #history part), only at the very end it is started that “moderate” Palestinians “claim” #EastJerusalem; even the #English site differentiates between “administration” and claims of the two – de facto unequal, n.b. – parties, like most others (mega #FunFact: even the #Afrikaans text – #apartheid), too.
Another aspect that is quite striking is whether the site displays the Palestinian town flag and coat of arms – as of now, this is true for the #Arabic and the #Dutch page, for example (didn’t check ‘em all …). In the past, this was true for more versions (as far as I can remember) – #hasbarists doing their thing … 🙄
