Finally a band that was missing from the Amsterdam scene! Heavy hardcore at its finest from members of Get Sad and 32 Elephants, among others. If you like to mosh, this is for you. Their debut EP just came out, and the band played their first show in mid-March 2026. Heard they even covered Floorpunch.

PULVERIZED (New wave of Dutch slam, Netherlands)
Slamming Dummy Death straight outta Brabant. Formed in early 2025, Pulverized represents the next wave of Dutch slam. Played their first show in March, too.

Hey all,

I'm in a really rough "place" with my #Fibromyalgia right now. Effectively my meds aren't...effective. They take a bit of the edge off the pain, but it's not enough.

I've felt incapable for most of the weekend.

I have a phone call with the doc on Wednesday to discuss my meds. I can't go on in this level of pain forever.

Why is it that every time I try to do something interesting with computers, I end up frustrated and finding things not working as advertised?

Bought a #RaspberryPi 5, put it in an #Argon40 ONE V3 case, and after around 5 attempts managed to get the thing to correctly power up.

But I bought this case because of the #Argon remote control, and the case has an in-built receiver. But does it work? Does it hell.

Not in #LibreELEC and not in #Raspbian, even though I'm using the latest repos for everything and reading forum posts to try and reproduce what people say works but doesn't.

Another week wasted, on and off, so I'm still stuck watching stuff on the main desktop PC and not on my 55" TV in the lounge, because with a remote control, #Kodi is painful to use.

My lunch most days, sometimes sweet potato instead of swede. And seem to be handling pumpkin and chia seeds ok at the moment, but I have them every other day. I tolerate sweet potato better if I don’t eat the skin, but still having them in moderation. I can also eat cauliflower broccoli and plain rice cakes.

Today, I’ve got white rice, with diced swede, brussel sprouts, sweetcorn, pumpkin and chia seeds. Salt is the only thing I can use.

Hey all, well I've been up 9½hrs and I'm very tired. I forced myself out on a very short walk to reverse my step count decline, but I'm just shattered.

Other symptoms have been less today, but having very little energy affects anything you want to do.

Looks like I’ll have to avoid all nightshade family foods. Having a reaction to potatoes and paprika now 😔 I think I figured I was reacting to paprika before, and then forgot 😂

I’ll be going to my gp to ask for allergy testing.

Bad news, good news (but not really!) We have had so much rain over the last few days, lots of places flooded.

I just noticed in my bedroom, and back bedroom that we have damp patches, I’m assuming fromhe rain. My bedroom is the worst, I really don’t know why it didn’t get damp proofed.

So at least that proves that the damp isn’t my fault. But landlady will probably want to sell now, or make the rent even
