My lunch most days, sometimes sweet potato instead of swede. And seem to be handling pumpkin and chia seeds ok at the moment, but I have them every other day. I tolerate sweet potato better if I don’t eat the skin, but still having them in moderation. I can also eat cauliflower broccoli and plain rice cakes.
Today, I’ve got white rice, with diced swede, brussel sprouts, sweetcorn, pumpkin and chia seeds. Salt is the only thing I can use.
