PsychoticSheepJust got home and ran an apt upgrade to bring my main system (Debian ftw) to Linux 7.x... everything’s running fine, even my AI stack survived the upgrade.
Update: just tested it. Dirty Frag is fixed too!!!

(The terminal background is transparent and so the image you see is just my desktop background, which is a photo I took of some graffiti in Amsterdam. Edit: added a second image so you can see what it looks like full screen when my desktop background changes to different photos I've taken - this time it's some flowers)

The author of that software announced he was no longer working on it and pretty much disappeared. It works, but may not recognize distros that are newcomers and weren't programmed into the last release of neoFetch.
I do prefer fastFetch, as it is written in C, is slimmer and does, well... seem to be faster.
Debian Trixie has fastFetch instead of NeoFetch, for example.

Just upgraded my old PC to Xubuntu 26.04 (yes, I’m using Ubuntu on this machine :/).
Started around 2012 with a Core i5-650 and a GT 240, later upgraded to a GTX 780 and now running an RX 570. What a journey xD
Still alive after 14 years of abuse.
It’s sitting in my old room, mostly used for browsing, coding and retro games.
I’m sticking with kernel 6.8.0-110 because I need "amdgpu.dc=0" to get DVI working on my RX 570 (Polaris).
It seems like this parameter doesn’t work properly anymore with kernel 7.x.
