Gli esperti consultati dal quotidiano hanno osservato che l'Iran possiede solo pochi satelliti di livello militare e non dispone di una costellazione satellitare, quindi avere accesso alle capacità spaziali del Cremlino rappresenterebbe un vantaggio significativo.
