I've updated my guide "Determining #copyright status of #serial issues" at https://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/cce/decisions.html

Main changes:
- I've updated my instructions on searching for image copyrights, which is now easier than before thanks to work done by folks at #HathiTrust and #ProjectGutenberg 's #DistributedProofreaders.

- I've updated my comments on #ControlledDigitalLending based on the March ruling against it in the Hachette v. #InternetArchive case.

Further corrections and suggestions welcome.

A #Nudist / #Naturist.

A lifelong fan of #animation and #anime. Grew up watching Astroboy, Tobor the Eighth Man, Gigantor, Kimba the White Lion, and Marine Boy.

Also a fan of #puppetry. Favorite shows were all from Gerry Anderson: Supercar; Stingray; Fireball XL5; Thunderbirds.

Enjoy #FurryArt, although I'm an admirer, not an artist, but I hope to change that one day.

Had many careers: started as a radio DJ at age 13. Moved on to become a stagehand/roadie -- worked with acts from Chuck Berry to Rod Stewart to Doug Henning and many others. Shifted to audio/visual work for businesses and corporations, then shifted again to the internet and spent more than a decade with eBay. Now readying for retirement.

Contribute to several projects on an on-going basis: #OpenStreetMap, #DistributedProofreaders, and #Wikipedia / #Wikidata / #Wikivoyage.

Advocate for #OpenSource / #OpenHardware / #FLOSS / #FOSS. Run both #Linux and #FreeBSD systems. Comfy at the command line. Prefer to experiment with #SmallFormFactor low-energy computers and currently enjoy using a #RaspberryPi 4B as my desktop. Editor of choice: #Emacs.
