Hey #buddhaDharma folks… I am usually very save all beings but lately the insect phobia has gotten really bad cause we have an infestation at the house.

How do any of y’all who can’t cope with certain crawlies balance desire to not harm?

I guess I’m asking practically and cognitively. #buddhism

The #BuddhaDharma is not about worship or belonging to a group. It is a way of seeing life clearly. It says: everything changes, nothing lasts forever, & holding too tightly to things that change causes #suffering. Instead of clinging, one can live with #awareness, kindness, & balance. It is not about blind belief, but about testing these ideas in one’s own experience. It’s simply a guide to reduce #suffering & live more freely.

#Buddhism in #Japan is nothing but a funeral business, so it makes no difference. #Japanese #BuddhistPriests don’t teach the #BuddhaDharma anyhow, so #AI would do a better job of disseminating teachings. If anyone in #Japan cared to learn that is.

#Shintō on the other hand is a different story. Can #AI communicate with the #Kami? Only humans can be a #Shintō priest.

The #Buddha’s #awakening did not depend on lineage. It arose from direct seeing: “All things are #impermanent, all are without fixed self.” When you see this, lineage vanishes. The teacher is the mountain, the student is the wind. Between them, the #BuddhaDharma flows without words or seal.
