I’m Genshin, the creator of Hadaka Shizen’yoku (裸自然浴) the practice of Buddhist naturism - the foundational practice of Mukyōhō Zen Buddhism (無境法). Hadaka Shizen’yoku teaches that boundaries are illusions & human constructs. By shedding clothing, we shed attachments, experiencing ‘No Boundaries’ – which is the core principle of Mukyōhō.

#Naturism has a profound positive effect on self esteem, particularly in cultures where the #body is often judged, compared, edited, & commercialised. When clothing is removed in a #NonSexual, respectful setting, the #social markers that divide people soften. Labels of status, fashion, income, & trend lose relevance. What remains is the simple fact of the human #body in its ordinary, diverse #reality.
