I love it when I reread an article for a volume I edit and all the work, engagement and commenting of the editors, including myself, shine through. Improving others' articles is such satisfying work, and I'm always grateful for when I'm on the receiving end of peer reviews, comments and feedback. Academia can be great when you work in community.
