Just in case no one has already told you, when house-training a puppy, it is vital to get the urine scent out of the hard floors and carpets. Ordinary soap is not enough. You need to use a product specifically made for urine stains. Treat every spot where the dog has ever urinated, soaking and spot-drying any carpet stains to get deep into the padding.

(Another important part of the process is to complain loudly as you clean any fresh indoor pee/poop, so the dog knows you are not happy and even a bit angry about it.)

Dogs will pee & poop wherever they smell pee & poop.

Also, instantly reward and give HUGE praise for every outside pee & poop, preferably while pup is still outside.
