Hier soir, Ti Nguyen, chorégraphe (lauréate Transat Ateliers Medicis) présentait le film retraçant sa residence au sein de l’association ASSQOT-Toulouse.
Cette trace filmique existe grâce à Teo Nguyen, embarqué par sa sœur d’abord puis par le projet lui-même : rendre visible, grâce à la danse contemporaine, chacun.e, avec sa culture, sa place.
Pari réussi, sans angélisme, en faisant constamment face au racisme, à l’homophobie et aux multiples freins des personnes en présence.
Tout le monde pleurait à la fin du film d’avoir traversé tout ça grâce à la folle énergie de Ti.

A final update on the nailbiter that the #Class40 race at the #Transat regatta has turned into: At noon race leaders Seafrigo-Sogestran still had 82.4 nm to go to Martinique. Runner-up SNSM-Faites un Don was only 14.8 nm behind, which is basically nothing. But seen the current wind condition on the relative positions of the two boats it's hard to see a scenario where the lead could change again.

Wow, the finale of the #Class40 category at this year's #Transat #sailing race is turning into a proper nail-biter.
The fastest boat on the Northern course still holds the lead, but the two fastest boats on the Southern course are in 2nd and 3rd and closing in. Still 1000nm to go, so this is not a sprint to the finish.

At the #Transat #sailing regatta from Le Havre to Martinique, three of the four competing classes have already finished their races with the #Ultim, the #OceanFifty and #Imoca category.
As for the #Class40 the race is still open. The group that headed for the Azores and a Northern route have been caught in low winds, and the group that went South is catching up quickly, making up more than 150 miles within 24 hours.
Still almost 1500 nautical miles to go.
