I have finally finished my drawing of a Shanvér Poison-fang attacking Vider in the woods.
I had to redo a bit because I had the drawing equivalent of a "Continuity Error" been two sketches of the spider.
I could probably keep adding to it. But it is good enough, and other drawing, writing and doodle practice awaits.

A scene from my serial fiction writing. A race of giant, venomous spiders, supposedly mythical, attack a human and halfling in the woods. The human is a diplomat, but carries a crystal lamp light that is usually covered. The leader of the spiders is the only one of its kind not frightened away by the light, but struggles to its legs, eventually rearing up to attack the diplomat, who has no fighting experience. But the lead spider turns out to be correct when he says "Light will only get you so far." Media: Artists graphite pencils, multimedia art paper.
AugurYesterday as I was #walking my #dog I saw a #cloud, which looked like a #Bison. So I drew this one, and gave it the name. ^^

PixaliskMy current sketchbook is tiny, barely larger than a phone. But it has the advantage that it's small enough that I actually take it with me.
Mostly pencil sketches. One was a test if the paper is thick enough for alcohol markers. Result was mixed, the paint does not spread too much, but it ruined 2 layers of pages below it, which were luckily not something that I would miss.
