Aujourd'hui j'ai découvert le concept de triade sombre en psychologie, une théorie de la personnalité développée en 2002 :
narcissisme (mégalomanie exagérée, manque d'empathie,l'égoïsme.) +
machiavélisme (manipulation et exploitation des autres, absence de morale) + psychopathie (recherche impulsive d'action, égoïsme, manque d'empathie et de remords.)

Ça m'a fait penser à ces #politiques, #milliardaires et #technobros qui ont une capacité de nuisance mondiale. 😱

Interestingly the point is made in the #podcast that many #technobros are true believers, driven by childhood dreams that bear little regard for plausible outcomes. Does that make them scammers or their vision for the future a scam?

That may be a distinction without a difference other than its lack of malign intent. My sense is a willingness to sacrifice the welfare of billions to satisfy what is likely a fantasy. Can anything be more selfish?

Si le fric est le nerf de la guerre, entre deux tendance à peu près au même niveau de richesses, c'est l'influence sociale, culturelle et politique qui fera la différence, et là, les #chrétiensnationalistes #suprémacistes ont une bonne longueur d'avance sur les #technobros, même s'ils peuvent déployer une grande puissance de feux sur leurs propres réseaux. Mais, ceux-ci sont aussi déjà en grande partie phagocytés par les premiers.

@blogdiva I don't know why you say #Chile is a place where #technobros are relegated. This country is quite the opposite in terms of digital sovereignty. Virtually our entire public digital system is delegated to GAFAM.
If you mean the 2nd Google datacenter pushed back by the fight of a very strong group of individuals (not politicians or government), well that didn't stop the first one from being built and it's damaging its environment every day, a few kms away & without any resistance.
