We learn to drive cars. Not this specific model from that company with this specific option.

Same for developers: we learn to dev, abstract algorithms, understand a need. Not using this given technology, this language.

Same for artists.

Tools don't matter, and can be learnt "quickly".

Skills matter. Learn skills.
