1) Worked across the #SFBay today in the sunshine & got to peek sometimes at the #fog wall rolling over the #GoldenGate.
2) Got an extra workout in. Hoping to get cleared to return to #Aikido in a couple of weeks, but gotta say the gym time I’m using as a replacement is kind of addictive.
