The complaint alleges abuse of office related to my illegal arrest and detention in Zurich a year ago.

On 24 January 2025, I entered Switzerland legally. The following day, I was abducted off the street by plainclothes officers while I was on my way to speak at a public event about the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza. I was forcibly dragged into an unmarked car and taken to prison.

I was detained for three days, while being deprived of contact with my family and the outside world, then taken to the airport, handcuffed and in a cage, and deported."

It's not perfect at all. One can see how, also in Switzerland, it moves toward this selfish spirit, but still, it's much better and the changes are much smoother. One can always allow (or hope) to move back to worst decisions.
