Somewhat shocked to discover that I beat the Strava all-time women's record for a certain reasonably popular steep hillside segment in my area (~0.5 mile @ 20% grade). I'm nowhere close to the men's record, so I guess that says more about preferences for the segment than about me, but there are some fast names I recognize that I beat. I've never thought of myself as particularly fast.

#garmin #beatyesterday First run in the "fall" with a head-lamp. Days are getting shorter now in the northern hemisphere and today I had to provide my own light in my morning run.
