Their peer-review process is broken, or such fiction wouldn't make it through. Economics is not a science.

SCC ist nicht gleich SCC. Weil ich darüber kürzlich selbst fast wieder drüber gestolpert wäre, ein kleiner Blog-Artikel vor allem für diejenigen, die noch nicht seit Jahren im Datenschutz unterwegs sind.

Und weil vielleicht in naher Zukunft die SCCs noch wichtiger als "Garantie"-Mechanismus für Übermittlungen in die USA werden könnten 😉
