Hey peeps! In only the last two years, I’ve seen #SFBayArea house (SFH) rents go up by ~ 50%. Any thoughts re where SFH rents in SF will settle out after the coming AI crash? (fwiw, over the past few months, I’ve been seeing a general downturn in SFH rents in very comfy neighborhoods near Pasadena)

Monterey Bay Aquarium’s new CEO Jenny Gray (only the 2nd top exec since MBA established in 1984) was working on a master’s in #transportation engineering when she first visited MBA in 1989. She has a doctorate in #ethics, focused on issues involving #wildlife

What can be improved upon at the Monterey Bay Aquarium? "They are world leaders here for a good reason. They’re incredible. There won’t be Earth-shattering changes. Nothing’s broken here. In fact, the exact opposite.”

While walking through San Carlos on my way to Belmont Caltrain, I encountered a fence blocking the roadway where San Carlos's Chestnut Street becomes Belmont's Sunnyslope Avenue. ¿Is there a ban on travel between the two cities except at approved checkpoints?
