ChasMusic (he/him)While walking through San Carlos on my way to Belmont Caltrain, I encountered a fence blocking the roadway where San Carlos's Chestnut Street becomes Belmont's Sunnyslope Avenue. ¿Is there a ban on travel between the two cities except at approved checkpoints?
