Getting chills from "Who Are You"
Was expecting something much darker, like Ethel Cain's Preacher's Daughter.

Listening to Los Angeles-based SILVERSUN PICKUPS' "Swoon", their 2009 album on the Dangerbird Records label.
Wikipedia: "The name Silversun Pickups was derived from Silversun, a liquor store located across from Silverlake Lounge. One of the band's friends would often arrive at the store late at night to buy liquor, making a "Silversun pickup". In interviews, the band has said its name is more of "a state of mind"."

A photo exists somewhere of a 20-year-old me prostrating myself before the Frank Zappa memorial in Vilnius, Lithuania π

"We were desperate to find a symbol that would mark the end of communism, but at the same time express that it wasn't always doom and gloom," Paukstys recalls.

Listening to Baltimore, Maryland-born FRANK ZAPPA's "Shut Up 'n Play Yer Guitar", his 1981 album on the Barking Pumpkin Records label (aside: "Zappa named the label after his wife's smoker's cough when she tried to quit the habit")

This meant my "sit bones" of my pelvis were a bit behind/above the back of the seat pan (I think)--so I was not sitting on them. My lower back was not fully supported by the lumbar support.
Weird to describe, but due to the seat pan depth, retracting it let me rest my pelvis "sit bones" on the rear of the seat pan comfortably, and also it has the benefit of backing my lower back snugly into the lumbar support.
Immediately feeling better π π₯³ β
Dialing in lumbar support & seat pan depth.
Counter-intuitively (to me), I decreased (retracted) the extension of the seat pan so I can sit on my "sit bones" of my pelvis properly and have the lumbar support brace my lower back. Feeling better.
Sitting in a Steelcase Gesture.
Its seat pan is shorter than what I'd prefer--I can fit an entire hand-width between the end of the seat and the back of my knee. So initially I had extended the seat pan fully out.
