A cold day. A good one to remember the important things in life. Family. Friends. Health. ...and sometimes noods!

Today's #UnsolicitedNoods include my usual #veggies (#broccoli, #kelp, #radishes, #bokchoy, #scallions) as well as TWO kinds of #TinnedFish (#scallops and #sardines). A very pretty bowl, if I do say so myself.

Good morning humans, how about some #UnsolicitedNoods up in dis feed?

Nobody asked for them, and nobody expected them. They're here anyway. Hotter than the vents at an AI server farm. Steamier than Trump's fantasies about Putin. Noodlier than... I dunno, some particularly #noodly cat or something.

Today's with #bokchoy, #broccoli, #sardines, #scallions, #radishes, and #kelp.

Brassicas, including #broccoli, #cabbage, and #cauliflower, are particularly hardy and perform exceptionally well when planted early in the season."

Radish, carrot, apple, bok choy slaw (dressed with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and some maple syrup) turned out pretty good on the second day. The first day it was still a little too harsh, but once everything had soaked in, it was nice.

Tonight I'm going to try roasting radishes.

I have found myself in possession of three enormous radishes that were described as "giant German radishes," so not small spherical ones and not daikon. I'm looking for ideas on what to do with them.
