Newbury Radio Rally is next weekend, Sunday 6th July at Newbury Showground, next to junction 13 of M4 motorway in Berkshire, RG18 9QZ.

It is the 36th year of the Rally and is an ideal event for anyone interested in radio, computing and electronics.

There will be a display area with an amateur radio station, exhibits, special interest groups, clubs and societies.

Doors open to sellers at 8am and for visitors at 9am.
Entry is £4 visitor, £15 sellers pitch.
Ample free parking will be available.

@M0CUV My amateur understanding is that only a #licenced #radio #ham is, e.g. in Germany, allowed to transmit at higher power than the 500 mW ( = 27 dBm ) allowed by all; but then in that case only without encryption. Therefore if you stick to the "public" power parameters ( https://www.loramesh.org/#settings ) , a #lora mesh is fine with encryption. Some info is put together here https://www.loramesh.org/#law

i use this filter for my 137 Mhz tinygs groundstation.
