Health Care meets Engineering - Presentation at #BMT2023
On 9/26/2023, we presented our findings from the #Parcura #research project. Opportunities, challenges and (current) limitations in the introduction of data glasses to support nurses in hospitals were discussed in an interdisciplinary panel. Special attention was given to the participation of the nursing staff in the whole process.

@sum like, i think this is the core agenda that's missing from "The Software Disenchantment"… i adore @tonsky & he does such amazing work, but Disenchantment comes off as a bunch of grumbles with how applications treat us, & bad aspects about them.
but to me there's this overall badness that the core of most software is self-defined, is on-rails applications- a bunch of "wizards" to step through to do the thing. 9p/fuse folk have a much stronger bead on #PositiveComputing, on #FreeAsInYourMind by default.
