More dizzy spells in the shower lately. Really need to get one of those safety bars to hold onto. I blame it on POTS. My doctor didn’t diagnose me with it but suggested it might be the cause of some of my issues since we’ve ruled a lot of things out.

#POTS means coming to terms with finding salt packets and salt shakers everywhere... Often everywhere except where you expect them to be 😅
