ベーコンもやし菜の花のにんにくオリーブオイル炒めに、 #KOBATSUトレーディング の頒布会で届いた #Plank の Pilserl。
この季節にはつい買ってしまう菜の花は、ちょっとだけほろ苦いのが春の味。濃いめに味付けだけど、しっかり麦感のあるピルスナーにはちょうど良かった。

El problema es que de golpe muchas Apps dejaron de funcionar
Ejemplo, el dock #Plank reclama que #x11 no esta corriendo z simplemente no se deja ejecutar
Otras apps, casi todas QT simplemente se ven horribles
Y no se como comenzar para hacer siquiera un diagnostico
Alguien tiene alguna idea?

I'm back to doing yoga a few times a week and have now also added plank every day and squats in the evening while I brush my teeth. I started with 40 seconds of plank because I'm not that strong but have already moved up to 45 seconds after 9 days. Feeling good about this. Just wondering how to increase the squats as 2 minutes while brushing my teeth is also starting to feel easy. Maybe I will start doing them in the morning too.
