🧵 8/n ONLY calculator integration equation handling seems to (reliably re-)produce the fault condition.
Entering random app name strings, like kcalc, kate, write, even nonsense like foo, bar, or yoink ...all of that gets processed without fault ...i can backspace-delete a character, correct typos, or just nope out by pressing ESC twice.
I'm fairly certain that there's something wrong with the calculator integration!

Is this some kind of race condition; is it already known at KDE, but i'm a weirdo who enjoys the slow rolling #Arch schedule of Manjaro too much?

AFAIK, "returning from simple math in Exposé" DOES! Because, i've just pressed the Super key, instead of ESC - same result/fault!

A whole bunch of processes just got killed, on my #Manjaro #Linux box!

All i did, was pressing the Super key to bring up "Exposé" mode, in order to do some simple math, like "2026-17" ...then, i've rapidly pressed the ESC key a few times. All 3 monitors went black. Upon auto-recovery, some apps weren't running, anymore.
This is a #KDE #Plasma #BugReport, now; i've just reproduced the crash, with only 1 ESC key press!
