A criminal complaint against German Government officials and arms trade executives was filed yesterday by a collective of lawyers in Berlin with the support of the European Legal Support Center (ELSC), Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy (PIPD) and Law for Palestine.

Witnessing the genocide in Gaza from afar, while at the same time seeing and reading people and governments defending Israel, is making me so angry, that it is a struggle to think about anything else.
I have never thought about Israel as a state that have any justification in its current form; as state specifically for the Jewish people, which means it is an ethnostate. As an anarchist I don't believe in states in general, but I havenøt been an anarchist always. For me there (still) is a big different between a state that represent the people of its territorie and a state that only represent a certain group. The latter form of state being impossible to morally defend.
But even if I never thought of Israel as morally justified and always supported boycotting Israel, I would not have imagine the horrors Israel are bringing to Gaza right now in this very moment. I am at the point that I can't imagine being willing to talk to anyone voicing support for Israel. I believe any cooperation* with any institution that support the state of Israel is an immoral act.
I fell the frase "Israel has a right to defend it self" is equivalent to saying a slave master have a right to defend against a slave rebellion. If you are not operating from a position of justice and respect for other peoples autonomy, other people have a right to defend themself against you, not the other way around.
Palestinians has a right to defend themself. Palestinians as any humans have a right to exist and to have to control over their own lives. These a right that have been systematically denied them.
Israel have no right to defend their supremacist regime, as no oppressor have that right. The citizens of Israel whether Jewish or not, have a right to exist, but the state does not.
