Der Bericht bezieht sich auf den Zeitraum seit Beginn des israelischen Krieges gegen die Terrororganisation Hamas im Oktober 2023 bis Ende 2025. Terroristen aus dem Gazastreifen hatten zuvor Israel überfallen, 1200 Menschen getötet und rund 250 Geiseln in den Gazastreifen verschleppt.
