When I exported a track from #osmand and imported the #gpx in #wahoo #elemnt the route was always a straight line between the start and endpoint Yesterday I diffed a #komoot export with the osmand export. When I removed the rte section or moved it after the trk section the import in the elemnt app the route was OK! So I think the wahoo elemnt app is a little to strict...

Mein Datenumzug nach Europa geht weiter.
Das Ende von #GoogleMaps ist gekommen.

Ab heute nutze ich #OSMand und die #OpenStreetmap app.

Zur Navigation sehr gut. Europäisch wäre u.a. auch #HereMaps. Das gibts aber nur via #GooglePlayStore.

Ich stimme Dir zu, es ist nicht intuitiv, aber mit etwas Einarbeitung komms de klar. :)

Etlich Nützlichkeiten :) sind durch kostenlose Plug-ins möglich.

Ich finde, es lohnt, sich damit zu befassen.

Es gibt einige gute Anleitungen, z.B. diese, wo auch erklärt ist, wie Du "trip recording" aktivierst:

#Komoot Abo ist gekündigt, habe nur noch keine angemessenen Ersatz gefunden. Aktuell am Probieren #Outdooractive und #RideWithGPS, überzeugt mich nicht so richtig. #OsmAnd ist gut, Bedienung für die Tonne. Und ich habe bisher noch nirgends diese Lange Tour in Tagesetappen teilen Funktion aus Komoot entdeckt. Der Tausch einer ganz vernünftigen App gegen einen Zoo von Apps, die in Einzeldisziplinen teilweise besser sind, aber nicht miteinander reden und jeweils eigene UI haben. Wo Fortschritt?

@evgandr Я включаю родной плагин Online Maps, он прямо в штатной установке есть (но по-умолчанию выключен).
И после этого в настройках карты добавляю Overlay или подложку с Open Tracks.

@som для пешеходных прогулок по городу, конечно, #OrganicMaps на первом месте.

Если за городом, то люблю ещё #OsmAnd.
Пишет мой трек. Подгружает другие OpenTracks из OSM - хорошо видно, где ещё люди ходят.
Вот правда батарейку расходует быстрее, чем Органик.

I recently 'banned' google maps from my devices, now using OSM instead, and am merrily learning how make best use of it.

On the smartphone I use #OSMAnd, it's just so cool to be able to use it even when I'm offline.

@foxy I usually map them myself on the spot via #OsmAnd. Lately I've been taking pics with #Baba with the intention of uploading them to #Panoramax, but I can't select individual pics to do so; I usually do this when I can't stop for long to map in situ. So I end up reviewing them back home when I remember to do so.
